Eight years and four roles — from the support desk to senior data integrations engineer — at the company where I learned how real-estate data actually moves.

Starting on the support desk (2012–2013)
I joined as Manager of Product Support, and the numbers from that year still shape how I build: support inquiries cut in half, customer satisfaction up from 63% to 92%. The levers were a Salesforce ticketing rollout, a product knowledge base that made self-service the default, and a training program for the team. The durable lesson: what users struggle with is the spec.
Into the data (2013–2015)
As a Data Integrations Engineer I moved to the other side of those support tickets: integrating MLS platforms at scale via RETS and the RESO Web API, with Ruby on Rails data mapping and transformation tuned so each new source landed faster than the last. Alongside it I implemented SSO — SAML and JWT — across 100+ third-party MLS platforms: the security and onboarding backbone the later products were built on.
A detour through themes (2015–2017)
Two years as a Custom Theme Developer, partnering with designers and marketers on real-estate report themes in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — region-specific content that lifted engagement and retention, delivered concept-to-deployment on deadline and in budget. It was the frontend apprenticeship inside a data company, and it stuck.
Senior integrations (2017–2020)
The last stretch brought it together: I built the data ingestion and mapping platform — React, GraphQL, XState, Styled Components — administering 250+ MLS data feeds behind a robust GraphQL API, and owned QA and new-integration onboarding across 10M+ records, holding data alignment and latency to targets end users could feel. I led agile cross-functional teams from stakeholder alignment through delivery. It ended in December 2020 with the Lone Wolf acquisition — which is where the next chapter picks up.
