The 80% problem
Integrating a new data source was the bottleneck: slow to wire, slow to verify, slow to fix when a feed disagreed with reality. I led the architectural overhaul of the data-ingestion tooling in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL — and the rebuild cut data-source integration time by 80%. Just as important, it made same-day discrepancy resolution routine: when a feed went wrong, finding and fixing it stopped being an expedition.
Documentation as a product surface
The tooling was only half the fix. I authored the documentation set for system administrators and API consumers, moving adoption from tribal knowledge to self-service — the same lesson the W+R support years taught, applied one layer up: if people can answer their own question, everyone ships faster.
The security backbone, extended
I extended the SAML/JWT SSO architecture across products and MLS partner integrations — carrying forward the single sign-on foundation laid at W+R and making it hold across a larger portfolio. Wearing the technical PM hat alongside the engineering one meant owning not just the how but the sequencing: what ships first, what depends on what, and what the partner on the other end needs before go-live.
